The location, is very lovely, and staff was very accomodating in moving me to a better room when available. In general staff service was friendly, professional and efficient. The roof terrace was great with a space to sit, workout and dive in the (very well heated) pool with wonderful views. All was in good condition. Breakfast with good with the basics everyone needs and fresh fruit. One thing missing is a facility to make tea or coffee in the room but that is a minor point.Wifi was good throughout the hotel.

Hugo T Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Awful service. We were celebrating a birthday and within 3 hours and after asking and insisting I was able to have 2 beers!! Not to say the rest of the group which also got very upset about the service. Very bad management. There were around 20 customers for 5 people serving in the bar!!!!! Dr I ks were also warm and the food swimming in the oil. The place is nice though but I won't ever come back and would never recommend because on top, they are very expensive. Sad experience…

I felt that Hotel has improved from previous administrations, what they need to watch out is the food (Time for the service) and also variety of the food. They ran out of stock of many dishes in the roof top bar
