Disappointed by my stay at Novotel Arica. Asked to amend my booking by an extra night and person at check-in. Failed to charge me the correct amount and then locked out of my room on the additional day added. Much hassle to resolve and no apology. On check out the reception didn’t think to open the access gate so we could get out to take our taxi to the airport and therefore had to ask to be let out. The hotel itself is nice but it’s not well enough sound proofed beside a night club that is open all night at weekends with loud music so difficult sleeping.

I had a very good experience at Novotel Arica. We arrived late in the evening but the next stay we leave from Arica at 22:00 so we have the permission to stay at the swimming pool area after check out. I had a good rest, comfortable bed, nice view and excellent walking shower. The staff was very helpful instead we tried to pay with 4 debit cards, only the credit card works.
