You Paid For It: I Love NY sign has been moved outside for all to see

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) An 'I love NY ' sculpture cost you $38,000, and for more than a year it sat in a corner of the concourse below the Capitol, seen primarily by state workers and those having business with the state.

Now it's outdoors, up on the Empire State Plaza next to the Capitol, where summer tourists can take photos with it, it's surrounded by fencing, just for now, while final construction is done to keep it in place.
