These durable White Metal Business Cards are actually made from stainless steel that's .5mm thick. All of our cards are made from this metal because it's durable (it won't easily bend at .5mm thick) and will resist corrosion. After they’re are cut from sheets of steel, each card is coated with our durable white finish – a modern and sophisticated appearance.

Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! We utilize the latest in chemical etching technology to ensure your cards are cut with the finest attention to detail. And the best part? Screen Printing & Variable Data

You can expect colors that pop and a finish that’s durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the card surface or filled into etched areas. We will even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!

Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the pristine white metal finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.

When can I expect to receive my first design proof?

After your purchase, our in-house graphic design team will work to create your first digital design proof within 24 working hours. Sometimes even sooner, depending on our workload.

Once your proof is ready, we’ll send you an email with a link to view it. Please check your spam folder to ensure you don't miss our email.

Additionally, you can always view your proofs by using your email to login to the My Account section website and visiting the "Proofs" tab.

Through the provided link or directly on our website, you can communicate with your designer, request any necessary revisions, or approve the proof to proceed to production.

What is the general turnaround time?

General production time is between 2-3 weeks after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

Is there a design fee?

There is no design fee if you provide vector artwork in the correct layout. However, if you need us to design your card or make any changes to your files, we offer a design service that includes up to five revisions.

Additionally, each card arrrives in its own clear plastic sleeve for protection.

Can I order for multiple people in a single order?

Absolutely! You can place an order for multiple people at once, and there's no split fee as long as each person orders 50 pieces or more.

Just make sure to specify this in the 'Artwork Comments' section when you're completing your order.

Can each card have a unique name or number?

Yes, you can personalize each card with a unique name or number, a feature we refer to as Variable Data which is found under the Advanced Options tab.

Variable data can either be applied using a state-of-the-art laser, or color screen printing processes.

Once you've selected your style of Variable Data, you can upload your Excel file containing the variable information through the designated upload bar.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my card?

Yes, you can choose single or double sided Full Color Printing under Printed Color(s) in the Advanced Options tab, which allows you to print full color images, images with gradients or multi-color logos on your cards.

How thick are the cards?

Our standard cards are 0.5 mm thick, similar to a standard credit card which is about 0.76 mm. You can also choose thinner 0.3 mm cards or upgrade to thicker 0.8 mm cards to suit your preference!

How long does it take to create the product?

Our general production time is between 2-3 weeks after your artwork has been confirmed.

If you require a faster delivery method, please log in to the My Account section of our website, click on your order number, and update your shipping method to an expedited option.

Please note that expedited shipping speeds up delivery after shipping but does not affect the production time.

How do I submit artwork for my order?

During the ordering process, you'll first choose the quantity you need. Then, decide whether to Add Card Design Service and have our talented in-house design team create the card design for you, or to provide your own production-ready artwork.

In either case, you can upload up to three files. Simply drag and drop your files or click the ‘Upload Artwork’ button found under the Artwork Service step to add your files.

How heavy are the cards?

The cards weigh roughly about 4lbs for 100pcs - that's less than one ounce per card. Cards with many cut-through areas will weigh even less.

What if I don't have artwork?

If you're not happy with the initial design proof we send, don't worry—we're committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied. That's our guarantee!

Can I get a custom shaped card?

Absolutely! We can create custom shaped cards at no additional charge, provided they fit within the standard business card dimensions of 3.5 X 2 inches or CR80 – 3.37 X 2.12 inches. Please specify your custom shape request in the Design Direction box when you submit your design.

STEP 1 | ORDER Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. No artwork, no problem! Just add our Card Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
