Most kids have their parents to thank for their rompers, but not Suri Cruise! “Just so you know, she dresses herself,” dad Tom recently revealed of the mini-fashionista, who was snapped strutting her stuff in a bubble-hem floral print dress, gold bow purse and T-strap heels in Spain last winter.
