Kim Basinger recently listed one of her homes in Los Angeles’s Woodland Hills neighborhood for $974,000. She purchased the 2,581-square-foot home in 2001 for $540,000. The single-story, cottage-style home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. Its exterior features a metal roof with wood siding, finished with a weathered paint. A wooden front porch welcomes visitors inside the house. Guests enter through a gated driveway with a custom motorized gate. There are dark-stained wood flooring and wood-framed windows throughout the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, with updated electrical and lighting systems and a three-zone climate control system. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling with skylights, while the family room offers hidden storage for a media center and built-in bookshelves. The home offers additional storage in an air-conditioned, finished attic, accessed by ladder, and attached garage with barn-style sliding doors, skylights and a large sink. In the backyard, a screened-in porch offers views of the deep, shaded space with streams flowing into a pond.

Buying a home from Kim Basinger also means getting Basinger as a neighbor. In addition to selling this home, the model also owns the 3,251-square-foot ranch-style home next door, which she purchased in 1977 for $154,000.
