Though Michael Jackson passed away in 2009, there are many parts of his legacy that will be around forever. The singer was known for his childlike spirit and embrace of life, and his home, Neverland Ranch, epitomized that attitude. Now the expansive property is on the market once again for an astounding $67 million by Coldwell Banker Previews International. Newly named Sycamore Valley Ranch, the estate stretches more than four square miles and 2,700 acres, with sweeping views of mountains and farmland. The French Normandy–style main residence, which spans about 12,598 square feet, features five fireplaces and 18th-century oak parquet flooring from two châteaus in France. There are five bedrooms, six baths, and two half baths in the manor, while the 5,500-square-foot guesthouse boasts four suites of its own. And that's not all. There are many other separate structures, including a stand-alone movie theater that seats 50; a barn intended for Clydesdale horses adjacent to a three-bedroom ranch house; a train station with a kitchenette, loft, and two fireplaces; and a dance studio.
