Say you own a Nissan 350Z but absolutely love the design of the new Z? An obvious option would be to sell the 350Z and order the new car but obviously, doing so is expensive and not possible for everyone. What’s the next best option? Combining them.

The 350Z you’re looking at resides in Japan and has been transformed over the years with a dizzying array of aftermarket and custom parts to make it look unlike any other. The most obvious change made is the fitment of a dramatic new bodykit and most recently, the inclusion of headlights very similar to those of the new Z.

The sports car’s bodykit includes an overhauled front bumper with a new splitter, grille, and air intakes. It has also been fitted with a set of extended side skirts, a decklid with a large built-in spoiler, a unique rear bumper, a diffuser, and four central-exiting exhaust pipes. It has also been equipped with a set of striking deep-dish wheels with bronze-colored spokes and chrome barrels.

Evidently, the owner of the car got inspired by the new Z and in December last year, it was showcased to the public with a new face, incorporating headlights just like those of the new car. While it appears these headlights are aftermarket units rather than OEM lights, they look identical and have the same LED daytime running lights.

Some minor alterations had to be made to the front bumper to accommodate the different headlights but as a whole, they work with the design of the 350Z surprisingly well.
