Experience buying from the seller was great and super easy! I bought the bonsai on the 14th (Sunday), seller shipped out the following day and I received it mid-day the 17th (Wednesday).
For the price of shipping and how well-prepared the package was, I’m super impressed.

Shipping price was horrible. Seller said they refunded some shipping but never saw a refund. Got charged an unbelievable amount for each tree but they were all in the same box. Ridiculous. Tried working it out with the seller but they quit communicating and never gave me any money back. Don’t charge individual shipping if you are throwing everything in one box. That’s deceitful.
