Miley Cyrus Wore a Sheer Catsuit With Sequined Hot Pants in Her "Doctor (Work It Out)" Music Video

While Miley Cyrus's new song "Doctor (Work It Out)" with Pharrell Williams is great and all, it's her show-stopping style in the music video that actually has us pressing repeat. 

On Friday at midnight, Miley dropped the visuals for the new single, and the fashion is just as rhythmic as her dance moves. First, the singer began her fashion tour de force with a plunging black and silver-sequined minidress that featured a fringed skirt and a corset-style lacing in the back. Miley tapped her foot, which was clad in a black strappy heel, as she belted out the lyrics: "I could be your doctor / And I could be your nurse / I think I see the problem / It's only gon' get worse."

Next, she changed into an oversized fuzzy blue jacket with a pair of statement-making drop earrings before busting out her final look: a sheer black bodysuit worn underneath hot pants and a matching shrug made from silver pailette sequins. She went braless beneath the flashy ensemble and accessorized with a pair of black pointed-toe stilettos and big hair à la the Grammys.

Miley's new song was rumored to be created for her 2013 Bangerz album and was leaked online four years later. The track then resurfaced again last month during the Louis Vuitton men’s fall-winter 2024 fashion show (Pharrell is the brand's new creative director) as a snippet of it played while models walked down the runway in Paris's Jardin d’Acclimatation.
