Fergie Sells Her Rustic California Home With Its Very Own Vineyard for $3.7 Million – See Inside!

In addition to her long-lasting singing career, it looks like “Fergalicious” singer Fergie also has stellar taste when it comes to her real estate. Most recently, the Black Eyed Peas alum sold her Solvang, California, home for $3.7 million and we all got to take a look at the glamorous life she’s been living for the past 10 years.

According to Dirt, Fergie’s former home, which was entirely custom-built for the singer, was recently sold off-market to a non-celebrity couple. Among the main features of the Mediterranean-style home are a main house with four large bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and intricate stonework all around the exterior, and a big flight of stairs leading from the sunken driveway to the front door.

Inside the home, a fireside living room seamlessly connects with a decked-out kitchen with custom walnut cabinetry, a top-of-the-line Wolf range and a breakfast bar. Also close by is a wine storage room, a powder room, a butler’s pantry and a formal dining area. What makes this great room stand out, however, is the glass doors to the outside that show off the mesmerizing view.

As for the rooms, the master bedroom also boasts panoramic views as well as a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom.

Other main highlights of the home include a full outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, a built-in hot tub and wraparound patios with views of the Santa Ynez Valley and mountains. Making this property even more unique, the estate also has a hillside vineyard that produces bottles of Syrah wine every year. According to the listing, building the vineyard “helped [Fergie’s] dad realize his dream of planting a vineyard and creating his own wine label.” Talk about a special place!
