In his role as Senior Associate, Alvaro leverages over a decade of corporate-restructuring knowledge and industry insight. He oversees all aspects of the case-management process, including claims management, noticing, and solicitation. Alvaro assists clients in preparation for bankruptcy filing, including responding to and coordinating large-scale service requests, maintaining the creditor matrix and claims register, and assisting with the preparation of Schedules and SOFAs. He has worked on numerous high-profile Chapter 11 engagements including AE Bicycle Liquidation (f/k/a Advanced Sports Enterprises, Inc.), Haggen Holdings, LLC, and Neighbors Legacy Holdings, Inc.
