In addition to her work as an actor and red-carpet provocateur, Megan Fox is also a mother and a woman on the internet. So naturally, any photo posted to the internet that does not include children attracts a deluge of commenters demanding to know where her kids are. As we all know, looking hot in a social media post is the same as being a bad mother.
The actor uploaded a carousel of sexy selfies to her Instagram, cheekily captioned, “Pick me energy 🖤🌙.” How dare she! One commenter asked, “Where your kids at?” To which Fox responded, beautifully, “Wait wait wait. I…have kids?!? Oh my god I knew I forgot something!! Quick, someone call the valet at the Beverly Hills hotel. That’s the last place I remember seeing them. Maybe someone turned them into lost and found.”

While this was the only trollish comment Fox bothered to clap back at, this commenter was hardly the only mommy-shamer of the bunch. I know for a fact that Fox's fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, will back me up when I say that everybody needs to learn to just let moms be hot. MGK also commented on the post, joking, “You’ve corrupted our swing.”
Megan Fox has spoken openly about how it's hard enough to be a mother in Hollywood. In 2019 she told Entertainment Tonight, “Being a mother is not something really respected in this industry. If anything it's considered as a handicap. And that's unfortunate because it's not acknowledged, what we're juggling, what we're doing.”
