Keto wins again—or at least it has for Jenna Jameson.

The former adult film star and mom of three shared on Instagram that she's lost 57 pounds on the keto diet since her last pregnancy.

Jenna, 44, posted a before-and-after pic of her progression Monday, showing a “before” photo at 187 pounds (after giving birth to daughter Batel), and another, four months later, at “a strong 130.”

But, while you can absolutely see her results, Jenna focused on how her weight loss has made her feel. “I was lethargic and struggled with the easiest of tasks like walking in the beach sand with Batelli. 😞 I felt slow mentally and physically,” she wrote.

Jenna, who is also mom to 9-year-old twin boys Jesse and Journey, said the keto diet has also made her feel "happier, smarter, and much more confident." But it wasn't necessarily an easy journey—and her first week on the diet was especially rough. But after that, things got easier.

"After the first week or so... the cravings subside and the body adjusts," she wrote in another Instagram post. "I get sweet cravings here and there, but I usually push past them by drinking a Fresca."

Jenna also addressed being a breastfeeding mom on the keto diet. She said she cut out "bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, all refined sugar, no snacks like chips and crackers," and focused on eating whole foods like meat, fish, and veggies—and it hasn't affected her milk supply one bit. "So to all of you that are wanting to start a weight loss journey, look at me! It can be done! Even with a toddler!"

Now, Jenna said she's losing inches and "tightening," since her fat loss has plateaued. Oh, and she's also totally ignoring the scale.

Jenna also added that while she went on this journey to lose weight, she learned putting her health first was an important part of being a good mom, too.

"I felt myself pouring every bit of me into [Batel]," she wrote in an Instagram post last month, but added that "having a mom that secretly felt ashamed of her lack of motivation isn't fair to her OR me." Jenna said once she started taking care of herself, she "found her strength." Hear, hear!
